About the event
We will immerse ourselves in the stunning mountain forest yurt for a 4 hr workshop on both the Saturday and Sunday. Starting our mornings with the most spectacular 20 minute walk up from the Swan Inn.
Grounding in the forest yurt and beginning with intentions and pranayama. We will stabilise our practice with the foundations of yoga and then move into the Sunday by creating some flow.
