Service Description

This is an exhilarating day of working through the elements in relation to our chakras. From earth grounding to the fluidity and creativity of water. Moving into the fire element at the solar plexus and the element of air at the heart centre. We end with a Sufi dance of connection with each other which is very moving. Be prepared for flow sequences and free movement that will lift the energy and spirit! Delivered in the Yoga Yurt nestled within the Grasmere Mountain Forest this is an escape into the wild. It is a 4.5hr workshop starting at 10:00, meeting at the Swan Hotel, Grasmere and involves a short fell walk to the Forest and Yurt. No experience needed. All yoga aids provided. Maximum 12 students.
